In the reign of King Rama the fifth, the year 1876 A.D., King Rama the fifth conferred to establish
Debsirindravas temple to dedication and memorial for Her Majesty Queen Debsirindramas,
Her Highness mother.
In the year 1885 A.D., King Rama the fifth conferred upon one of his younger brother, His Highness
Prince Damrongrajanupap, to provide schools for common people in the temples. At the first all
53 students studied in the temple hall.
In the1895 A.D., His Highness Prince Panurunsri Swangwong another one of King Rama the fifth's
younger brother would like to make merit for Her Majesty Queen Debsirindramas, Her Highness
mother of their both, and Mom Mant the beloved consort of His Highness Price Panurangsri had
died in this year so the first school building of Debsirin School was built for
dedication and memorial.
The building was completely built in 1902A.D., King Rama the fifth conferred the school's name,
Debsirin School and the name of this building is Mantnarumitra.
The second building named, Chodueklaohasethee, which adjoined Mantnarumitra Building by a
corridor. This building was donated by Phya Chodueklaohasethee (Mint Laohasethee) and his
wife (Kunyin PaemChoduckrajaseethee).
In 1910 A.D. King Rama the fifth offered the personal sum of money of Her Highness PrincessYaowa
manaruemol, his daughter to donate for the construction of the third school building opposite Mantna
rumitra building, this building finished in the reign of King Rama sixth. King Rama the sixth had given
the name of this building Yaowamanutit. Her Highness Princess Malineenopadara and Her High
ness Princess Nipanopadol, the two younger sisters of Her Highness Princess Yaowamanuruemol
had donated their personal sum of money for school supplies in this building as well.
In 1924 A.D., Her Highness Princess Nipanopadol conferred to build the Thai style building present
to Debsirindravas temple. This building use to Buddhism religion school.
In 1931 A.D., His Highness Prince Lopburiramej conferred to build a two-storeyed building beside the
Yaowamanutit Building for the dedication to his mother , Her Highness Prawimadather Kamprasutha
sineenaj Pinyarajpradiwarada. His Highness Prince Lopburiramej had given the name of this building
as Piyarajborpit Padiwarada.
In 1932 A.D., His Highness Prince Ananda Mahidol applied to study at Debsirin School.
Afterward. His Highness Prince Ananda Mahidol become to the Eighth King of Chakri dynasty.
According the advance development of Debsirin School. There are other three building established
as 100 years Debsirin building and Thadprakead building.
Over 116 years, Debsirin School alumni become to the top of all field. There are five of Thai PrimeMinister
and one of Malaysia Prime Minister. Nine of President of the parliament and over seventy of Minister etc.
